COW'S MILK
A good remedy for digestive ulcers, particularly peptic ulcers, cold milk can stop bleeding and neutralize gastric acid to prevent it from irritating the stomach. A famous Chinese doctor in the sixteenth century said, "Cow's milk is an excellent remedy for hot stomach. It can tone body energy to reduce fatigue, lubricate the large intestine, cure jaundice; it is an ideal food for the elderly when cooked with rice."
Preparation: To relieve upset stomach, swallowing difficulty, and constipation with dry stools, boil milk and add Chinese chive juice or fresh ginger juice before drinking it warm.
To treat diabetes with frequent urination and severe weight loss, drink cow's milk with sheep's milk to quench thirst on a regular basis.
